Chinmaya Swaranjali


"Devotion by the purity of music."

The Bala Band provides an opportunity for children to develop and apply their musical talents, while strengthening their own bhakti through the practice of devotional music. Formed in Fall 2010, the Band enhances camaraderie across children of all ages and showcases the most talented musicians in the Chinmaya Bala Vihar of RDU.

Children rehears every other Sunday from 11:30-12:30. In addition, there will be 2 extra practices before each performance. These extra practices are typically on Thursday evening or Saturday in the Cary/Morrisville area. Performances for this year are tentatively scheduled for Jan22, Apr15, and May20.
